ECOnnect’s terminals are engineered to offer low-impact alternatives to traditional port construction, minimizing dredging, seabed disturbance, and permanent shoreline structures. Floating systems can be deployed swiftly, repositioned if required, and adapted for future energy carriers such as hydrogen and ammonia, ensuring long-term infrastructure flexibility.
One example is the marine terminal delivered in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, enabling ship-to-ship LNG transfer to an FSRU vessel. We played a critical role in establishing new import capacity without extensive port expansion.
